I think when there is a lot of subs in a very small period of time, it would help if Neuro didn't thank every single one individually but instead just focused on like, generally thanking everyone and maybe highlighting a few big gifters and then at least moving on a little so she doesn't end up thanking subs like 20 minutes after a hype train already concluded.

Or, at least have her sum up similar sub gift amounts like:
"Thank you, Person A, Person B, and Person C for the gifted sub."
or "Thank you, Person A and Person B, for the 5 gifted subs."
That would also feel more natural because that's what streamers tend to do when there are just that many.
The downside, of course, is that Nuro would stop making silly comments and wordplays with the gifters' names, and it would be less personalized. But I guess that's what bits would be for then.
