Would it be possible to implement different Tones or ways of speaking for Neuro based on her mood?

So I was recently rewatching the (amazing) disaster that was the Abber Demon stream and this one moment really stuck out to me. After she's finished making hellish noises, the way her tone and manner of speaking just completely shifts.

Even if it was only experimental one-off I'd like to see if it'd be possible to have Neuro/Evil intentionally begin altering how they speak on the fly. Obviously they still use their "base" voice/tone by default, but if they were able to change it during rare moments or instances I think it'd genuinely be pretty cool and lead to some interesting scenarios.
