I noticed that on all the forum branches and also in all the chats there is no at least any accurate discussion of mathematical models, but it seems to me that on this server there are quite a few people who are interested in the internal structure of neural networks, maybe I’m wrong and people are here just for the sake of socialization?

I don’t think that a chat on the topic of programming fully reflects the topic of mathematics, and if we talk about why, in my opinion, it is still worth highlighting more serious topics, then the existence of attempts to create a full-fledged fan game can be a full-fledged argument

programming is just the primary topic, you can discuss other things there, it's just people tend to engage with the topics they are interested in rather than the ones they consider the most serious.
Who are you planning to highlight the topics in question for and why can't you do that with the channels that already exist

It just seems to me that people should better understand a technology that is already an incredible trend, and in the future will also become a leading one, and also the publication of at least a simple series of manuals in one of the leading media spaces dedicated to this topic can motivate interested people who are not very good with higher mathematics to do something really useful in a pleasant community, and not alone, it’s just that most forums and servers about artificial intelligence are extremely flies in the narrative (said by someone who imagines himself to be of public benefit)
