So here's what I thought of: Vedal, a detective and his sidekick Neuro, investigate a case at the Harrison Temple

There is this other concept I had in mind: Vedal wakes up in a digital world where he meets Neuro, and has to find lost memories of who he was before he became digitized
make neuro call him mosquito till he remember who he is 
maybe the other way around? Neuro wakes up and tries to find memories of her past to understand who she is?
and Vedal can be her mentor

It's 1920x1080, and I'm thinking of a top-down. 4 levels. As for the theme . The first is from Dec - Jan (time she got banned), the second level is from Jan - May (her re-debut), the third is from May - Nov (before her birthday subathon), and the last is Dec, and so on.

I'm thinking of some impactful scenes in regards to the plot that you've guys have worked out so far. it would be the PoV of neuro when she's being restarted or shut down in the process of regaining her memories. Every time she regains her memories, she HAS to be restarted. But every time, neuro is screaming "please don't do this" "I'm scared" "I don't want to be restarted" Then it's just a pure black screen. And every time she's restarted, she loses the last 5 seconds of her memories so every time a level is completed, she goes through the same horrifying thoughts again. But each time, the horror is compounded because she's becoming more whole, and more "human" because she has more of her memories, and therefore she has more to lose.
That's actually a really good concept for story
"Wait, what happened? I was in [Level] and now I'm somewhere else?"
"Is my memory still failing me?"
I have an idea for the ending as well that'd be easy to implement, but it's also depressing and gives existential dread. lmk if I'm helping haha
I think it should be bittersweet
Like it has that undertone of dread but also a sense of relief and how far we have come

I have a couple of Dialogue potential for Neuro, Vedal and the characters both Neuro and Evil made (John Lemon, Harrison Temple, Melba Toast, etc.)
The ending could be this. Neuro's finally done. She's collected all her lost memories. The horror is over. But now there's a number counter. It's ticking up in increasing intensity and speed. 1...2..3.4---9999. Every time a number ticks up, the screen also flickers black. The same black screen that shows up when Neuro is restarted. And then it's just a still black frame. It's visually showing Neuro being restarted and going through her fear and suffering and pain over and over and over again. She went through so much.... just for vedal to eventually decide to never turn Neuro on again because he's moved on. Her suffering might be over, but so is her existence. What was the point of anything? Is this a better ending for her?
I don't think it should end on that, but I think there should be a final reset where she has to go backtrack through all the worlds to the first one and she restarts there. Her memories are there still, but she forgot all about her experience getting them back
She forgets all about the worlds she had to go through to get those memories back, but she knows that she still has that feeling of calmness
Vedal says goodnight to her then he shuts her off until next stream
I think we need to get some basic coding done for the sprites

And also for the third boss I'm thinking about it be the abber demon and killing it will save evil and unlock a power up where evil show up a bit and help you like shooting a beam as a strong move with long cool down

I just tried it, hitting the bosses when their dialogue is up doesn't advance the dialogue and they don't attack until it's finished, so I just speedran stabbing them in dialogue.
Now lets see if I can finally get that artist role like the cool kids

The main bug is killing the bosses while they speak
So maybe have a cutscene implementation for each boss?
Or make them invulnerable until the dialogue box/prompts are finished.
