Someone after watching the shock collar commented that, Evil's ability to limit Vedal shock more than Neuro shows that Evil has a higher EQ (Emotional Quotient). 
That makes me curious if that is true. 
So why don't we do an EQ test for Evil and Neuro, and it will be even more fun if Vedal and Chat (through voting) join in too?
