We all know it’s boring to listen to neuro react to 7tv emote spam, so why not implement a system to fix that?
Basically my suggestion boils down to two parts, spam detection and probability.

This system im suggesting would first take the chat neuro is responding to and scan it for 7tv emote spam, anything not spam, prioritize responding to instead, and do not activate this system. Now onto what happens if it is all spam. A rant! Tho this wouldn’t be 100% of the time. Rather, if it’s all spam, then im suggesting she has a higher probability of starting a rant than responding to the spam. But the keyword here is probability, it can’t be 100% or there will be too many rants, so it needs to chance based. This way she will still respond to some 7tv emote spam, and will rant more.

Will it work perfectly the first time? No. She might rant too much or too little, which is why the probability needs active adjustment based on results from streaming. If she rants too much, lower the probability and vice versa.

I believe this system would both decrease emote spam and increase rants, which are both issues I see frequently raised.

Doesn't something like this already exist? Most of the emotes have been filtered out for a while now

(the only time when it was better was when chat was fewer people and they weren't spamming emotes)
