The TTS thingy

Hello guys, its me, Capt america with a small suggestion I think might be of interest of those who enjoy and kinda hate TTS, so it goes as follows:

Make the TTS pay-walled or P2W

I'm sure someone has said this before at some point, but I feel like, for example this last chess stream was great, the TTS was useful and fun, and at the time when started getting donowalled, people stopped using it and just started chatting again, neuro responded most questions (While roasting the enemy of course ) and , in my personal opinion, most people had fun.

So what's my point, I have a few pros and cons about the full paid TTS style, first with the pros:

• This last anny stream she was talking about how vedal, actually doesn't get many subs and revenue in general, this may be to the fact that, even with all the corpa jokes, vedal doesn't actually enforces the subs and bits in general, He mostly talks about his game but almost never starts saying: "Pls sub to my channel to help me and neuro", tho this is mostly my own speculations based on what I have watched so take it with a big grain of salt. So this could help vedal get more money without needing to change almost nothing on the streaming part.

• This will help the flow between TTS and normal chatting a lil better, cuz now, with the channel points system, TTS gets spammed a lot of the time, with not that much room for rants and chat reading on neuro's part, so some people complain about this most of the time in NN, the prize on bits of the TTS may be tested to see how much people is willing to spend to have priority over others in general.

So now with the cons:

• The main con, comes with the donowalling, here we get to the issue of, what happens if someone pays and their TTS gets donowalled, bits cannot be refunded, as far as I know of course, so what's the best course of action on this part?, well, I'll be honest here, this comes with more answers depending on how vedal himself would want to tackle this issue until the donowall is completely fixed, like, maybe if a message gets donowalled vedal just spams neuro with the message until she reads it and responds, or maybe he types it directly to her so she doesn't have other option but to respond the TTS, ect. there are so many ways that, in my small knowlegde about this, I cannot answer. So this is the mayor flaw on my idea, I'm open to suggestions on this.

• The last (?) con I can think of, may be the people who, actually enjoy saving their points to use the TTS when they are able to, knowing most viewers do not watch every stream of neuro, maybe they only like chill-streams, or collabs, or dev streams, etc. so those people might have an issued with the pay-walling og the TTS feature, on that maybe a pull will suffice, but no one knows how much will affect in general.

So in conclusion, putting TTS behind a paywall has good parts for Vedal's economy and the stream health in general (this is my opinion of course), even with the downsides I feel it could be a good way to balance the TTS so everyone can have their piece of the cake that is neuro/evil streams and enjoy it the best it can.

Normal streamers don't respond to every TTS message. Sending bits means supporting the creator, not paying for a product, there shouldn't be this expectancy for Neuro to respond to every single TTS message.

Its been decreasing but there are some streams where the TTS just doesn't shut up, sometimes even interrupting neuro/evil

I haven’t seen any clips of them getting interrupted by tts for a while, streams like chill streams tend to have more tts spam anyways cus there’s more of a focus of neuro talking

Yeah, mostly the chill streams have that, the main issue I have is that, yeah some TTS are fun, but, thanks to the incredible amount, some of them are... well... not funny and some even try to put neuro in a loop for a long time

The interruption issue is up to Vedal, and he could have TTS on queue with like "TTS" with a diagonal line stroked through it to indicate TTS is queued until the "TTS" indicator is not stroked through. So that people sending TTS messages know that they are just in a queue.

That could be one answer, tho even then sometimes the TTS queue is so long it doesn't matter

while i do agree in principal i do think getting ignored by what you perceive as a software bug or actual just rng hits completely different

when a real streamer doesn't react to your TTS the why is pretty obvious in most cases from context and with neuro that's not the case.
