About the honor board - I've already talked about the name-making option. Now I've come up with the building idea. Neuro will build something (houses or statues or just figures, next to the building you can put a sign with a name) for people who gave a lot of subscriptions (50 or 100). I don't know how good Neuro is at building, but again the concept is interesting. And of course Neuro doesn't have to build everything at once, it can be stretched out over time

Typically the game controller for streams is not a toggle, but a PNG or GIF thats overlayed onto the model on screen as an asset. So the Vtuber has four hands, but two are cropped out of frame.
Same goes for the "Feet on the desk" meme, an asset with the actual legs cropped off screen.

So it neither requires rigging nor does it take any fumbling with the code, its literally just an asset like a hat, glasses, etc.

Only exception are interactive controllers, which are a bit more recent- Those are still assets, but rigged to relay the controller inputs to the hands playing them to pretend like the girl is actually pushing the buttons.
