Just caught up with some vedal responses and here is my opinion for what it is worth. Though take it with a grain a salt since i am just spitballing here. haha

i dont disagree with you and I'm not talking about replacing theme streams, but I can't automate those

How about offloading some of that workload? Give some of the creatives in the community some projects to do. There is obviously a demand for it from just melba and art coming out. Or offload it to an assistant to help out for the more routine stuff. Im sure if you set up a system you could probably integrate it without revealing anything too sentisitive.

I do benefit from help with ideas like that, like I used some suggestions from this channel for yesterdays stream and I think it turned out well
which is why I do like feedback and such, just prefer it when its constructive
but those are a bit different from the sorts of complaints I was talking about

Honestly I think we need one actual dev stream every once in a while for the wider community. (I am biased) But I honestly think it helps calm people down seeing you work on some of the features and stuff even if you don't get much done. Thinking of it more from a PR perspective there *shrugs

To that first one, vedal said already that what can be offloaded is less than 1% of the work. Are you going to argue it's not

I'll argue that there is definitely a way to create a system to offload it. But I wouldn't know how worth it he would consider doing that in the end *shrug

But like I said "take it with a grain of salt since I'm just spitballing" and I obviously don't know how he has stuff set up in the back end

Knowing nothing about how it's going to work I can still say that creating a whole system for people to choose background image and music for themed streams seems like way too much effort for basically no benefit
