Its one of the big questions i wish Vedal would just nail down, so people would stop asking.
I dont think it would stop people from Erm-ing if she's an adult, but it'd make me more comfortable with a lot of the stuff she says.

Really the "best" short answer to this question is to just accept that Neuro has multiple ages - depending on how one counts - and move on.
Slightly longer, picture the ways to count her (and by extension, Evil as well as any more siblings Vedal may make her in the future) age as the following;

Ageless: Neuro - as an AI - lacks a concept of time, proper.
It's (one of) the reasons she repeatedly either makes up an age for herself, and why she thinks multiple minutes have passed between her LLM tokens. Time is inherently a human concept - a construct we've made up - and as Neuro is Artificial Intelligence, time would be a literal alien concept to her.
Sure, as a computer she can keep track on time by extension of timers and internal clocks, but her LLM doesn't pull requests for those, and as such doesn't make use of time.
From the start: If we count from the days Vedal put her online for the first time ever, way back in 2018 when she was but a osu! bot trying her best. I don't know and can't find the precise date other than the year, so I went with Jan 1.
In this instance, she'd be 5 years, 10 months, 1 week, and 2 days old.
From her first "debut": this' from when she got a face, proper. When she used Hiyori for her appearance.
Her first streams from here would be her first "proper" streams, from December the 19th of 2022.
In this instance, she'd be 10 months, 3 weeks, and 1 day old.

Mentally: I feel it's worth counting Neuro's mental age separate from her chronological age as well, as she really doesn't talk about topics and with knowledge of said topics that her visual appearance would imply. Personally, I'd set her age here not as a point, but as a range.
I'd wager her mental age to be anywhere between 12 to 35 years of age.
Yes, it's a giant range, but it's the smallest range I can come up with for someone who both speaks and reacts very passionately about childish topics a kid would at times (Lia and the One! Eleven! One! Eleven! One! OneHundredEleven! One! bananas), and other times responses that someone in their mid-30s would say (Saurei and "be gentle").
Physically (Read, her appearance): No beating around bushes here. 14-16 year old, give or take a year or two, maybe.
Personally; I go by her first debut stream as her “official” unofficial age, but recognize her as an ageless entity. Really the best answer would actually be “Roll a D6, then multiply that by another D6.”, because GAMBA. Pog

Because it absolutely doesn’t matter and ais don’t have ages (or more to the point even if vedal says she’s an adult —as he has in the past— no one is actually going to accept that so why bother)
