While it's a really noble thing to give exposure to smaller streamers, some of them might react strongly with the sudden surge of people in chat.

As a suggestion to solve this issue, and to make sure they know it's not a bot raid or something; It would be nice if a couple of mods reached to the Vtuber in question while the raid is being prepared to warn them beforehand, so they don't get too startled with the unexpected text jumpscare.

The point of raids are not to scare people, but to bring your audience to them. If you stream to 30-50 people on average, you'll never in your life expect a genuine 6k viewers raid, so the "there's a huge raid incoming, be prepared" helps mitigate the anxiety it might generate.
