Using caps lock in conversations changes how a a sentence sounds.
It has bothered me for a while that what the conversion from text to speech makes the caps in phrases lose their impact, as shown in the image, where on stream, neuro said that being slightly concerned, not disturbed as how the text implies.
From what i remember, evil has the same issue but i'm not 100% sure.
I'm aware that that problem most likely cannot be solved with v1 voice, but it'd be neat to see a change when neuro talks on caps with v3 or even v4(?)
