Emotion emote for neuro

I had a thought, even though Neuro and evil show emotion and all that, it would be nice to be able to tell what they are feeling at the moment, so I had an idea, of vedal adding a small emotion emote ij the right up or down corner, that would show sort of like in games, if a character is, happy/neutral/sad/angry etc, at least giving this thought a try might be useful.

The idea of an emotion gauge (simple, one-dimensional) has been implemented in at least one AI Vtuber before. Vedal also did try a romantic scoring system for the last Evil x Numi date. I'd say this a feasible idea.

But then there is his dev queue to solve.
