Is it possible to make Neuro's eyes glow with her current model ?
(here is an example with the "Monster" cover)
I saw a lot of vtubers having "night mode" for their models (with their model going darker and their eyes going brighter).
If it's not possible to do it with her current model, I hope it will be added by Anny/Teru (when she will be back 
)

The model going darker while not changing eye brightness should be possible, that's usually done through scene lighting in VTube Studio and not part of the model itself, I'm sure some do have eye glow effect toggle to add onto the effect, but you can get most of the effect without it. Each part (and part folder) has a multiply value and screen value that can be set and toggled on/off to adjust colors.
