I just learned Unity charging for everything for game devs today. Find info ony youtube/X since it being talked everywhere. Isnt Abandoned Archive & Neuro Sama (CMIIW tho) run on Unity? How the hell vedal can get revenue then? And if Unity know Neuro is famous AI Vtuber that run with Unity (again CMIIW), will they charge each time when Neuro booted? And what happens to Abandones Archive, it's not like he just copy/paste to example unreal engine and it just works right? And if he charge the game not high enough the Unity tax will eat his revenue?? But also possibly make AA not that charming to casuals/people outside neuro sama community bcs the price can be much more expensive than intended?? Oh yeah this also will affect the gamejam too no??

Neuro isnt affected at all by this. Unity counts installs and revenue. And even if being booted counted towards installs, she likely barely reached 2k installs (200k needed). AA is mostly affected, but thats with Vedal. Gamejam is not affected because everyone will be able to use an engine of their own.
Unity is still good and free, they just want more money

Oh yeah I forgot about the install thing and the game need 200k install to get taxed, so Neuro is safe. So maybe next dev stream Vedal will answer about AA future?? Thank you for the answer
