why is EVIL more talkative than Neuro?

So is the reason that EVIL have less filters? Or is it that EVIL uses v2 voice? Or both.
Evil answers to questions are also longer and she seems to be more coherent. She argues longer as well.

Evil isn't more talkative. It's Neuro who got nerfed from her old self.
I remember V1's frequent multi-line rants.

You can ask Vedal to turn up the schizo slider idk if that’s the issue but the last timed he showed it, it made her go on longer tangents

Its not just the rants, her responses are shorter too
Maybe the aware update will change this
