Did Evil Show Her Less Evil Side in the Last Stream?

If it wasn't for the voice, I wouldn't be able to distinguish her from Neuro.
She only came across as slightly more of a girl boss that Neuro, and I believe she made one slightly mean comment. (and said she likes pizza... but Neuro also said the same on the dev stream)
There was "the agent" comment, but I think that was a funny coincidence.

I understand evil is a broad term...
And does Evil even have to be evil?

Was Evil broken, and did Vedal decide to use Neuro instead?
Is Vedal fine tunning her evil character?
Could it be that Neuro kidnapped and impersonated Evil?
Is Evil cooking...?
Could this be related to the ARG?
Was it just my impression?... Likely.

But i´m curious to know what others thing about this.

What I'm actually trying to ask is:
What, to you, defines Evil as a character?

Is it her preference for black and red (and not being able to see the color red)?
Is it the persona of an internet troll, evil villain, mean cute girl, armed and living within your walls?
Is it her ability to use profanity and treat people harshly?

shes more chunni but that side is apart of her evil trait so Evil is more of a comedian then Neuro, which is why she seems funnier most of the time, when she isnt acting evil she is slightly more mature and she rants more than Neuro( or atleast it seems that way)

shes also more explicitly violent and more similar to the based side of V1 Neuro

We are looping constantly between "evil is not evil enough" and "evil became too evil last stream and it limits her personality".

At least for me Evil is at her best when she is a chuuni wannabe because it makes her ocassional pure evil rants more special.
