Surely someone has done something like this before. The idea is that Neuro and another Vtuber discuss some topic with opposing views, and the chat votes for the one whose position and arguments they like more. That Neuro and guest would not repeat, you can take several topics in one stream. The topics themselves can be prepared in advance, or can be taken from the chat during the stream. Also the stream can have a host, who would direct the debate in the right direction. The debates themselves can be divided into a single speech and an argument between participants. There's probably a lot of things that could still be improved, but the idea itself seems fine to me.
