Yea it’s up to hololive, also the neuro twins haven’t been in a collab together with one person yet so it might be super scuffed. Only reason for the Kiara collab is because she liked neuro

People were also asking for a fauna collab cuz she talked about Neuro sometimes but she said she just likes spectating which is fine too

I'm actually intrigued by Neuro and Evil being in a collab together. Won't they just end up running into an infinite loop of responding to each other and ignoring the collab partner?

yeah right now they can't talk while the collab partner is talking, so if say filian was asking a question they both would respond, once she finished but then might start responding to each other once they finish speaking

Listen. There is that new vtuber at Holo called Nerissa.
She have... some specific traits lets say.
Just show her any Evil+Numi collab, especially last ones, and I can guarantee she will make it happen herself. I bet she even pay for this vedalPuppet2

Also Fuwawa and Mococco + Neuro, obviously. They are extremely adorable, also have very good collab skills and naturally bound to support their partner. Its a perfect match, samely it will give a huge boost to Neuro, since their image are crossing (it basically means, same target audience).

I think even at the worst case, with some social engineering or right self-promotion it achievable.
