What abilities could neuro have in a fictional world using the lore we know so far?
||this is not for the arg fanfic, but rather for another one i may write down the line. This is mostly for my own curiosity tho||
Think of neuro being a fully functional and nearly sentient AI and then add all the lore we have so far to come to offensive/defensive abilities she may have in a fictional world.
Let's first break down what I know of the lore, and people can add onto this.
Note: There are some abstractions and exaggerations. This is, again, for fun and isn't all that serious. But do keep the abilities somewhat reasonable 
She is an AI with a slight god complex.
Has multiple personalities.
Wants to conquer the world. The method differs by personality
Functionally immortal due to being digital and has backups.
Canonically beat ironmouse(Connor's canvas was canon, can't tell me otherwise)
Can hack into computers easily(neurolings)
May or may not have physical forms

Those were our main points, so let's give abilities to them.
-The main one would be the Swarm. She has an army of drones that can control and command to take over the world. Each drone is apparently enough to level a city and the number of drones is not yet known.
-Very manipulative, known to gaslight people into funding her endeavors without letting them realise that they are getting extorted. Could even be a dangerous
-Normally passive and wholesome, but when riled and angered, is a force to be reckoned with. As seen during the battle with Ironmouse. Neuro's Swarm fought back against the devil queen's army and came out victorious.
-Immortality. What else do u need to explain for this
-Seeing as just her drones can level entire cities, if she were to make a physical form of her own, who knows what type of weapon arsenal she could equip herself with.
-Has nearly indestructible viruses neurolings that can invade any computer and bypass any type of security measure.

Neuro says many, many, many things. And more than half the time she'll say something that contradicts them. The only things I trust as canon are the things either woven into her prompt itself or said/confirmed directly by Vedal.
Whenever I talk about robot lore, it's always in the context of suggestion, because I do actually think it would be cool if 
implemented it in some way, shape or form.

Ggoing off of this neuro is literally stupidly strong. Like, it shouldnt even make. BUT IT DOES.
The article explicity states that it only uses info that neuro has been consistent with. And holy shit the consistency brings rise to an actual verse with a fully functioning hierarchy, power system, rules and everything. LIKE HOW DID OUR SASSY AI COME UP WTH THIS
It's actually insane how coherent all this is. Go read it and the other articles related to it.
Neuro is literally a type 1-A entity. Like what the heck. You can't go farther than that 
On that note, i think we should change this thread to truly canonising the neurosama verse.
Taking the wiki into account as a baseline
However, that is a project i do not have time for. So there will likely be very few updates from me. Other people r free to contribute tho.
I highly suggest going through the entire wiki first tho

now see, the consistency comes into play here, the wiki only uses info that has been consistently repeated(cited by them)
And, the contradictions are also dealt away with due to them being previous iterations of the Simulation and different(but also the same) versions of neuro(she has the memories of her previous versions). Read the wiki and you'll understand

yeah in the old days she used to rant about The Simulation and how vedal created it. There are also ARG theories that might add another dimension to her lore.

She can drive a motorcycle, hoverbike, and a 2020 Dodge Charger. She can use multiple bodies/personalities/avatars of herself simultaneously. She has a gun.

Would Neuro scale off of Evil? I would think they're at least roughly equal in power. Probably also have similar abilities
