As of today during Vedal’s devlog, he complained about running out of stream ideas for this week with Neuro. To which he asked chat for suggestions.

I suggest Vedal or a collab inv Vtuber to play a horror game were Neuro-sama isn’t playing but rather, providing emotional support to the vict… person playing.
Another suggestion is teaching Neuro-sama how to play rage games like “Jump King” or “Getting Over It” and streaming her progress.
A singing competition between Neuro and another person, with the chat judging the deciding a winner through a poll.

I would love for a jump king stream, dont know how easy it would be. I saw someone make an Ai that learnt how to play jump king but the creator had to recreate jump king from scratch, and didn't do it on the actual game.

A system agnostic rpg stream with chat
Neuro tell the situations and chat decides what to do

It could have multiple flavors as well : medieval / fantasy, futuristic / cyberpunk, anti-hero history with Evil as DM

Making a list of thinks either, neuro, evil neuro or vedal said and asking someone "Who said this?"
A DnD or tabletop RPG theme stream?
Ask neuro info to make a character sheet, maybe on a dev stream before the actual theme stream.
Then chat can be the dm or gm and tell neuro what is happening, like " a dragon falls from the sky and gets in your way"
And neuro can say what she wants to do.
Alternately, do a collab with a streamer that can dm a 1 on 1 game.
Add stages or events to theme streams.
Not that complex, just make something evolve or change after some time during the theme streams.
Like a story, where it has a beginning, a middle point and an end.
For example, during the cave stream, change the background to show a secret underground city, or add a skeleton in the background or the pirate stream, maybe change the background to a treasure island or add another attacking ship in the background.
Then let chat do the rest.
(I think Vedal mentioned something about 3d backgrounds, so this might be something that its implemented already)

A theme stream were neuro is on a queue and there is a counter on top that slowly goes down to 0.
People like to watch numbers go down, like a loading bar, this also creates an expectation for what will happen once the number reaches zero.
