as custom (mod) leaders in Civ 6. Neuro can have culture or faith related agendas and bonuses since she always envisions herself as a Goddess, while Evil can have the more militaristic ones. And maybe add custom voices too? Although I'm not sure how difficult that is or if it's even possible.
As for the stream (with or without mod), Neuro can act as an advisor where Vedal asks her opinion on important decisions like accepting/rejecting leader diplomacy, waging wars, which research to choose etc., or basic stuff like city naming. What could possibly go wrong
