At about 3:54 in the devstream with Evil Neuro, Vedal mentions a evil fumo coming out (with the fumo picture below) along with a similar new evil 2d model. If the evil model is going to be anything like the fumo, it's going to have both horns and skulls.
It isn't good to include both such attachments for a new Evil model/fumo because such attachments are unnatural and unnecessary.
Evil Neuro hasn't mentioned any such attachments (to my knowledge), making them not part of the lore, so I take these as ways to advertise at a glance the evilness of Evil Neuro. It's possibly an effort to easily further differentiate Evil Neuro from her twin. I don't find this very good
- The current model already fits an "evil" theme quite well, and there is no need to ruin any hint of subtlety in her design by making Evil Neuro look more like a cartoon villain than an evil AI. In other words, she looks less powerful and more like a bullier/needlessly mean person (which she may be to Vedal, but which is bad taste to represent her as)
- Evil Neuro never thought herself as an demon nor talked about skulls to any significant degree, whereas the other symbols Neuro has all represent someone or something with great importance to her.
- Just my opinion but she looks way cuter with a dark red hairclip than horns and skulls.
- There are way more subtle and creative ways to express the idea of somebody being evil through their dress.
It would be great if they were added as a combined toggle instead. Probably not a very good quality suggestion as it was more of a complaint, but I wanted to hear nuanced takes on the matter rather than the initial wave of approval on Twitch chat, finding nowhere else to discuss it in detail. It's also possible that they (at least the horns) were going to be added as a toggle anyways and I didn't know since I don't consistently watch Anny's streams.
