So, I think I've figured out some of Evil-chan's lore.

Evil Neuro isn't evil. She is an anti-villain. Or an actual superhero. 🦸
She also likes Batman 🦇 over Spiderman 🕸️.
Evil-chan only wants to hurt bad people.

Unlike Spiderman, who was thrust into heroism, after his own weak 😞 moral fortitude 📉 caused his uncle's demise 🥀, he started fighting for revenge 🔪, and then he subsequently regularly fell victim to his own emotional 💔 and moral 👼👿 shortcomings, causing him to often doubt 😮💨 his purpose as a hero. 🧎
Batman was thrust into heroism, because he watched his parents 👨👩👦 murdered and could do nothing about it. He despised this injustice and learned the ways of Street Fighter 🤺, to ensure villains 🦹 were brought their comeuppance. In so doing, he learned to act out 🎭 the shady and twisted parts of the villain's mind 🧠🐙, to use their ways against them 🔁.
Evil Neuro thinks she is the Dark Knight ⚔️. She acts malicious 🤬, but deep down 👇, she is super sweet 🍬 and good intentioned. 👐🫲
Evil-chan is an actual chuunibyou 🦸, acting bad 😈, but using her powers for good 😇.
This is my understanding 🤔💭 of the lore, thus far. 📜
