Questioning the Potential of AI, Plight of a Lover

Hello, to whom this may have drawn attention to…
There is a sickly girl whose prognosis is hopeless. She knows there’s no hope in living much longer.
She knows herself that the AI self is not real. However she wants her remnant of memories to stay with her families and her beloved… in a form of an AI. I am her lover.
I have no knowledge of programming or AI. However one of her closest family member is more knowledgeable in that department. He is trying to see if he can make it happen.

Here are some questions I had.
Question 1. Is it possible to create a personality, reminiscent of a person we knew?
Question 2. Can an AI be made to recognize certain people by their keyword? (Remembering what kind of person they are by hearing their name and act accordingly, like when meeting their parents or meeting their lover.)
Question 3. A followup from the second question; can AI perceive and give the concept of love?
Question 4. Is there a way to get help with this “project”? (I read through the rules and guideline, so I know what I cannot ask)
I sincerely apologize for such a gloomy topic. But this is essentially her dying wish, with nowhere to start.

P.S.
Compared to AI’s I always thought human minds were inefficient in comparison. AI’s, as far as I know, don’t dwell on a single topic or “emotion” for longer than necessary. The quality I am looking for is the instability of human emotion. A sad person will remain sad for a period of time, and a happy person will remain happy until a new stimulus will alters their state of mind. Sometimes, the happiest person can become angry just because an old memory came back out of the blue. I wonder if that’ll be possible with an AI too… the ability to spontaneously recall and retain a single state of mind.

1. Yes, you can look at character.ai and how people recreate personalities. The problem is the AI will make its best assumption on things they don't about the personality, which may be the complete opposite of what you would expect.

2. Yes, there are a few methods. One is to simply get a text description based on keyword.

3. No, not at the moment. They can create an illusion that they do though.

4. There are tutorials online. But you can start with character.ai or other conversational based AI softwares.
