I didn't see parallax in that list so that's also a recommendation from me (purely graphical).
It adds tesselation to all planets and foliage to planets that should have it.
Vedal should be able to easily run it with that 4090.

I also highly recommend Vedal to use CKAN for downloading mods. When downloading manually there is a lot that can go wrong with dependencies and conflicts (though since that list works Eliv's PC its going to be fine). I'm making a CKAN list right now so he can download all the mods recommended here automatically.

Here are the CKAN modpacks. I included one with only the mods recommended by Eliv (great job btw!) and one that also includes parallax.

Once CKAN is installed just click "File" -> "Install from .ckan"
It'll ask you to select a Scatterer-sunflare module -> Select the one called "Scatterer Sunflare"
It'll ask you to select a KSPBurst version -> Select the full one

Done!

During yesterday's stream people made a lot of flags. So I took them and made them KSP compatible.

All credit to the flags goes to their respective creators that can be found in the credits.txt file. (Kaz is popping off as usual neurOMEGALUL)
The instructions are in the repo, I unfortunately don't know how to make it CKAN compatible so it's a manual install.

Edit : Added images of the flags if he want's to ask chat (the ingame preview is really small)
Edit 2 : Found one more flag, that now makes 6 total NeuroPoggers

kOS looks interesting since you can output status information to a txt file like altitude, current staging, if the rocket's blown up, etc. Which then can be read by an AI.

From what I saw there wasn't an option for a direct communication with outside programs, but maybe I missed something.

i dont remember the name but there was a mod to make ksp communicate with arduino and people used it to make custom controllers and stuff, you could probably reuse that
