I'm not sure how and why this isn't a server emote or sticker yet, but I think it'll be a fine addition as it's quite a popular meme especially as a play on her name.
Something like this could also be used in livestream chat when Neuro says something monetary or dono related on stream.

I think it'd be cool as a 7TV emote, but probably not Discord unless it's cropped into two separate emotes because of rectangles in squares not looking that good. Would be less of an issue as a sticker because it's larger.

When Vedal asked for the neuros for the channel points I had to crop it as twitch only does square rez (28x28, 56x56) anyway heres the crop i did for it, just in case
