I'm not saure if I'm allowed to ask this. If not and I'm out of line please feel free to delete this thread. I've seen Neuro instreams like Shylilly and a few others. I was wondering how to go about that if I wanted her on my stream? I've been playing around with her old look in vtube studio and I managed to get her to talk, but movement and animation is very janky.

Neuro is a Closed Source project made by Vedal, originally an osu ai, he doesnt use vtube studio for her model (even old one) and doesnt share much information about it. There was a thread that explained how to build a neuro-like clone, while i dont know where it is someone else can link it to you
