But having a text info for Neuro to react as well is a good idea IMO. Not in a 48h budget though.
The additional info output must be mandated by the SDK, since not all outputs are the same, nor guarantees being hookable
She can OCR
Vedal expressed the SDK issue so most probably this would be non existant sadly and only have her react
not hard imo, just make a format for looking at log files, and write lines you want neuro to look at with a pre-determined prefix.
She can read text from windows already, so it would be more efficient to have a second log window and display the text. this would require no IO operations (since log files are expensive on the long run)
and also requires Vedal to program something, meanwhile a second window is just put neuro on that window and done (if it's that easy to target windows, that is)
thats OCR and would depend on neuro correctly reading it and choosing to red it
The randomness of the OCR would add a little spice 😛
no it would just need him to point whatever file she gets youtube captions from to a different file. it could even be dedicated so no prefix needed
i guess you could make neuro read the save file and have an autosave on the game but again if it's really 48h yikes
Yeahh, it's a thight timeframe for doing it in 48h
I would only see it possible if the SDK is done for the engine you are using beforehand

I don't think I'm overthinking, I just hate file operations 
can i tell you a secret
files may be slow
but
making things happen is games that are made in 48 hours are usually slower anyway
just have neuro watch vedal play the game live and occasionally comment on it.
