It wouldn't be much more effort than a regular collab or chill stream, just give her a theme to talk about and someone to bounce ideas/opinions off of.

Whenever Neuro and Evil hang out its always in that strange Visual Novel park, not in a Podcast setting... Plus they dont have a topic to talk about, they just ramble about nothing
If you give them something to talk about/tell them to talk about THIS and not pointlessly ramble for an hour, it might get interesting- But thats why i'd say a human partner is important there to swing the conversation back around when Neuro starts talking about the cheese fog
That or like a moderator that reminds them to stay on topic, as is often the case in real podcasts

There are lots of kind of formats, it would be cool to structure it like an actual podcast. I was listening to Distractable (markiplier, bob, wade) and they had a section with small talk, then the subject of the podcast, and a point system where they would compete for who came up with the best talking points or stories. Star talk (neil degrasse tyson, chuck nice) they would have an expert guest, and a comedian cohost, and would talk about a topic, then take viewer submitted questions.
