There is no specific channel for us anyway and our language bonkable with others non-eng. They can simply add that "choice the flag" option that many Discord channels have (same as colors etc).

Yep, some guy in general advertised it. His nickname was Letov or something like that.
I don't use VK personally so don't sure of details. If those groups are too bad then new one can be created, especially if there is a lot of Russian fans.
Or well, at this point it can be just another Discord group also.
Also translators and clip makers can have one, didn't check.
