Neuro stream where she judges the sins of viewers

Neuro will read a viewer's confession on stream. After that, Neuro will judge how much time the viewer is muted (jokingly?) and how much fine (subs) needed to pay.

Sample:
Viewer: I confess to Neuro-sama that I put her plushie in a jar.
Neuro: If I were you, I'll put more passion on it. The duration of the ban will be 24 hours and the fine you will pay is 100 subs (corpa).
