I'm pretty sure that licensing Neuro for interrogations would go against the Geneva convention. I'm pretty sure it would classify as cruel and unreasonable punishment.

However, it still needs human verification due to hallucinations, but it allows researchers to find inconsistencies faster and extract truth -- much better than torture.
