Neuro Memory

Currently, Neuros memory is something like this: Vedal = very important question
I think this is why she calls everyone Vedal, because she does not know who Vedal is.
I think she should atleast know information about the most important ones like Anny, Vedal, etc...
That way she would give consistent information. Would this be atleast theoretically possible?
