For the colours she mentioned, she might have an out of phase vision recognition. Like how colour blind people have green/red issues (mostly), but since RGB is a 3 parameter set, maybe the hue is not synced to what the camera actually shows to her.

For the calling of Anny and Vedal different names, maybe the audio is not piping correctly. Not sure how the Discord API of it broadcasts, but maybe an OBS monitor/sink thing. When I thought it was only OBS, I thought it might be an error in the transmission. But if using Discord, maybe compare the bitstreams between what Neuro receives through API Vs what is picked up on the mic. Check if there is a discrepancy?

For the audio thing, might even be that the mics are also picking up what is heard from the speakers and causing possible duplicated and desynchronized audio streams.
At least that makes sense for me, BC I rarely wear headsets. Idk if Vedal does.
So maybe like:
API sends "Hi, this is Anny"
Vedal's speakers receive delayed "Hi, this is Anny"
Discord API sends second, even more latency-ridden "Hi, this is Anny"
Neuro receives something in between, like "Hhi ai, thid dddd any any Anny".
She probably definitely misheard that thing Anny just said. I totally forgot, because was typing something else, but she misquoted by a few characters.
Can review the error around like an hour, 20. Maybe an hour, 15.
