If Neuro reads a random chat message, TTS highlights it first.

I don't know if it already does this, but since TTS will read a highlighted message. Is it possible to have TTS narrate a comment first if she chooses to randomly pick one from chat?

Just so that if she randomly responds to something in chat we can have context as to what she's talking about.

For clarity, I mean when Neuro randomly reads a message from chat.
