I've thrown together a little program to get at something that's been bugging me since the halloween stream
essentially, it "flattens out" the spinning thing in the background of the stream's starting soon section (selected section in first image)
only reason for doing this is because I was wondering if the lines you see go by mean anything or change when it switches to black and white
imo the two are the same, so the "meaning" of the lines in it probably don't change - though im still unsure if there's any meaning to them

As many of you may or may not know, I am making a card game based off of neuro and her streaming adventures. We have coders, MULTIPLE artists, and help from other vtuber communities (currently cerber. Koko, Anny, and fillian soon to be more). All of the card art will be done via real artists and fans.

To be precise, my theory is: Study-Sama's sister is Hiyori, whom has died/gone missing, and the combined with all the stress/declining mental state from her engineering degree, is what led Study-Sama to not only create an A.I. version of Hiyori based on the V-Tuber model she talked about, but also mix her consciousness with it in order to truly make it feel like a human. As a result, Neuro/Hiyori became more human and lost sanity as it realized it was an A.I., (and it seems like it was slowly losing its sense of Hiyori, and kinda repeating hardcoded memories of Hiyori in a disconnected way), and Study-Sama became less human, leading to even more mental decline, and possibly suicide.

this wasn't entirely correct, the "signal" / pattern of numbers is the same (with two of the four images also being duplicates), but the frames aren't repeated exactly, the "noise" / vertical lines seems to change a lot
