It's just like Starboard but with skulls. You get the idea:

When a message gets 10 💀, it gets to the skullboard.
Users can hide the skullboard using #roles for good measure.

(This is optional but let me know what you think)

we can make another starboard with skull reaction too with @gusty goblet , so there's no need for a bot for that but again, not possible

A private skullboard that only mods can see so they know what the most sus stuff being posted is so they can delete if necessary wouldn’t be a bad idea though.

Dear moderators.

Although, as said above by the user @dull coral , the "skullboard" may have negative implications in the form of endorsing problematic behavior(*1), I will argue that most people in Neurocord are civil and law-abiding members. However, to deter newcomers from such behavior and reward patrons of this community in the form of "shit and giggles", it would be wise to bind the ability to view the "skullboard" to the @lean bone bot level, or any other statistic that shows ones engagement with the community(*2), as is present with embed permissions.

*1 - It may seem intuitive that highlighting problematic behavior may be perceived as endorsement of such behavior, however some may argue with that opinion. Most studies done on the topic of connection between media exposure and negative behavior focus on violent or ideological crimes, and attribute the negative consequences to such exposure to propagated ideologies and the acts of violence, and not to the publicity those crimes attain for the actors. Moreover, there is an argument that ignoring problematic behavior might be much more significant factor in public acceptance of such behavior.

*2 - Individual's engagement with the community is a reliable indication of ones willingness to abide to the rules set by the community in question, as members engaged with it will have established social bonds with other members, which would be perceived as valuable by the individual. Considering that, people with high engagement rates would be less likely to risk their social status to gain publicity by the means of problematic behavior. There is a precedent of governments, ranging from democratic to downright dictatorships only allowing married men to projects that implied high risks in case of treason, guided by the same logic described above.

So my argument states, that as long as rule enforcement would not be influenced by the publicity of those breaking them, and members of the community will be notified of repercussions of problematic behavior as broadly as of cases of such behavior, negative implications of implementing "skullboard" would be minimal, while providing additional entertainment for highly engaged users.

I hope my case in support of implementation of "skullboard" will be reviewed, and my arguments prove themselves solid enough to be considered.

With regards
Ismail "MyBraza" Ajiev
