people love the random rants/stories. give Neuro a random chance to temporarily ignore chat?

In todays stream there was a good 30 minutes or so where she wasn’t able to read chat. And a lot of people actually loved the random stories she came up with unprompted by specific chat messages. But chat interaction is also rather important for people.

Basically it might be cool to have her have a chance like every 1 in 10-15 messages of temporarily generating stuff herself for a short while instead of reading chat first. Maybe just for a message or three. As sort of a best of both worlds solution.

This would also serve another purpose with slightly helping prevent her getting stuck in a loop whenever she decides to read a chat emote or symbol spam and chat begins to repeat it, making her read it again.

Akso having it vary a little bit is just nice. Anything that serves to shake things up, or increase variety in the stream slightly to keep things from getting samey is good for keeping viewer retention longer as well

I almost want a special chill stream where vedal mostly has Neuro rant and also slowly extends the maximum length so the rants get longer and longer the stream goes on...
