its never good to ban something that is just oversaturated, its better limit it or user this oversaturation in your favor
I would make the fact of the day only redeemable with bits, 100 bits is already good enough to gatekeep trolls away (at least most of them).
Since the ones who want to harm neuro in any way or another don't want to spend a dime in it they just go away, and since those who actually spend are rare, the mods can take care of them easily
