There is still some time before Neuros redebut, but I thougt it's timely enough to give some suggestions for a memorable debut experience.
Timeline:
Vedal once shortly showed and explained the evolution of Neurosama in a stream, this is shortly portrayed in this video of "Daily Dose of Vedal And Neuro":

I think it would be neat to have something similar in the Debut, of course without the explaining, It should chronically show Clips and Moments of Neuro-sama through the years and months, which leads me to my "Memories" section
Memories:
Osu:
The clips used should start from her Osu days, you can add in clips from the BTMC stream aswell where they tried to defeat Neuro-sama, It will be nice to see Neurosama actually being able to master a game and the Music will already be set by the beatmaps.
Minecraft:
After Osu, Minecraft clips will be next in line and you can possibly start playing some Minecraft music or something else, her dying in Lava and showing the streamchat whenever Neurosama does something unhinged should be in there.
Her best songs or the best stream reaction to her singing should also be shown.
Then the ban should be mentioned in someway or another, of course without showing the offense,
start showing special and funny moments from collabs, her V2 voice, and everything else major.

After that, I imagined something like a shutdown of the original Neuro-sama, a way to symbolize her departure, show a heartfelt goodbye (not the other 4000 goodbyes) and let the screen fade or smth similar, but dont show the new model just yet, a really sweet way to show gratitude to the community would be showing some of the thousands of fanarts, animations, memes and etc. that have been created by the fanbase.
I also heard that Neuro will enter with a original song, and that might be best saved for last. A Youtube video could then also be made for this Debut Intro
