I'm not an expert, but couldn't you train an A.I off of its creators art. Like if Vedal drew and taught the ai to draw it would fix the morality of it since its the creators art not some artists. It wouldn't have to be good it could be shitty stick figures but I think that would fit Neuro's persona of a child. Anyone can draw a stick figure, so technically couldn't you outsource the work to the discord as well, and have a bunch of people draw and submit low quality art to be added to the lessons for the Ai. I think this would allow for art streams with anny, and a cute segment for the stream.

The biggest problem currently is that ML does not have ANY concept of what a person is supposed to look like. It needs many, many different examples to understand what it's even doing, just like an artist needs to start as a baby and learn to see in the first place -- It can't just jump to the finer points of what a character is supposed to look like.
Once the technology gets more advanced we'll be able to train a model on a sample set small enough that it can actually be done ethically -- from art where the artists explicitly consented to their art being used for this purpose.

I want her to draw in an art program like a person and not like all these other models with diffusion. Watching neuro draw chicken scratch and scuffed art as well as listening to her commentary on it would be beautiful. 
"good" doesn't have to be good art I think it would be a very fun stream idea

You can make a lora to recreate an artists art style, but never the sensibilities and tastes that lie beneath it, you'll always get their art style applied in the most surface level way possible without the personality the human would put into the work were they to do it
Since SD literally works by averaging out traits you'll get the most average, generic representation of the artist you're shooting for unless you go really wild with parameters, at which point you lose consistency

if you give control over the cursor like neuro has with OSU then the process is not just averaging out values, it is a completely different process one that'd you'd be able to see
