I'm unsure if vedal has ever said anything in relation to this but, how far does he plan to go with neuro? Will he have her keep up with the times and develop her to the point that she is like, completely sentient?

Neuros hardware currently doesnt support sentience, plain and simple- The A100 chips arent designed to express genuine emotions, they're designed around making predictions and rearranging existing data based on instructions.
I've had some thoughts about how an AI could achieve sentience, but even on a very rudimentary level it'd require different hardware.

His rough plan would be to get neuro to the point where she could stream by herself without him / mods there
And then start working on another ai, if all goes well he want to make a small group of them
