Yeah this is great for bracket 2, you have gitrog monster + dakmor salvage as the only infinite combo in the deck I can see which I would personally remove for bracket 2 as it's quite trivial to just mill your entire library. I think this is certainly on the weaker side, some of the card choices are a bit questionable and I'm not sure if this will perform better than the original precon.
