Looks very solid! Maybe if you play against a lot of land based graveyard hate, [[strip mine]] or something similar could be good. [[Krosian Grip]] could be a great way to deal with [[Tormod’s Crypt]] and other activated ability at instant speed graveyard hate pieces.
Your commander, I’m sure as you’ve experienced, is going to be a removal magnet so committing more board slots to protection/recursion might be a good thought.
Are there any graveyard loops your hoping to utilize as a wincon?

Pretty solid Meren list. I'd add in a little more card draw. Perhaps a card like Morbid Opportunist.
Then... the difficult part.
Gravepact, Dictate of Erebos, Accursed Marauder, Spore Frog and Fleshbag Marauder. I would probably cut these cards because they are often unfun to play against and can make the game last for a very long time. That said, they are very strong.
