I’m trying to make a more optimized version of my Ureni deck rn it’s looking like it’s rank 3 what are some good card swaps to get it to rank 4?

Hm, so when you’re trying to go up a bracket you usually want to work on your speed/efficency/inevitablity. Cards like [[sneak attack]] could greatly increase your speed, allowing you to cheat out creatures. [[Seething song]] or the Sylvala that taps for mana = to power [[Alena, Kessig Tracker]] might be slow, but similar cards could help get your commander out way quicker.

Are you willing to get away from the dragon theme to make your deck more efficient?

I’m pretty attached to the dragon theme as long as we don’t stray too far and we don’t cut klauth, savage ventmaw, hellkite charger, lathliss Dragonqueen, or ganax astral hunter

Sarkah Unbroken could probably be cut. It’s good value and does the thing your deck wants ti do but at B4, you probably can’t afford a “do nothing” turn on turn 5.
You really need more mana much faster then your getting it, but to optimize you will probably have to look outside of dragon specific spells. [[Sylvala, Heart of the Wilds]] would be a really good ramp.
Your curve is so high, I don’t know if Temur Dragons are supported at that level. Cutting some of your more expensive dragons or non impactful could be where you find your card slots
