I would start by looking at the ramp package. The medaillons are really sweet if your deck focusses on one specific color but seeing that you play 3 different ones, you're not so really sure either. They will not help you and seeing the mana spread of your deck, you're also in all different colors so a Talisman would help you more here. Same btw for the Crystals, even when they have another purpose, but they can be very awkward and will not give you any worthwhile mana
So to start I would cut the Medaillons and Crystals for the Talismans, Fellwar Stone, Arcane Signet. Also I would try to find a slot for Sol Ring. that would give you more consistent mana
Then something like Mischievious Chimera doesnt do anything for your deck, since you only play 7 instants
The Walls of Ba Sing Se are nice, but how do you intend on getting them on the field? 8 mana is a lot to get to
Brine Seer is funny, but also slow. I would replace that with any Counterspell you have available for you
