What's the synergy here with Profane Tutor? Usually people slot it in if there's some sort of combo/synergy with the card, but if there's no synergy it's usually cut for a card draw spell instead
I'd probably cut You Are Already Dead (although it is a very funny card and I'd understand if you want to keep it in), Go for the Throat, Crash Through, Profane Tutor, and maybe a land since I think 35 + 4 MDFCs is a fine place landwise
