I need help finishing off a Kefka deck that I want to build more around reanimation and making use of my opponents discards whether by making them take damage for discarding or stealing their stuff. So far this deck is using what I have on hand but I have given myself an additional budget of £200 (About $270).
I am not aiming for a particular bracket just more a villainous deck vibe.

To round out the deck there are great cards that you can use as reanimation targets that also fills out your curve - [[Troll of Khazad-Dum]], [[Oiliphaunt]], [[Rampaging War Mammoth]] are some excellent cards with cycling effects
