Thanks for the suggestions! I got some good advice and made some changes. I added a lot of tapping creatures since they are repeatable tap effects. I also cut a lot of the instants that tapped if they didn’t tap the whole board. Gonna do some more goldfishing

Just finished making a bunch of edits. Retreat to Coralheim was added to turn land drops into taps or scry (which synergises with Elvish Mariner). Next I added Teferi and some more sorceries, this should help us with mass tapping and to better enable Delirium for Toppleghast

just by tapping things alone slows down your opponent enough and is also a big target to distract them from your two GC enchantments

and give more time to pick what to tap in later turns

as well as open up the board for other players to get attacked with no blockers

which creates an indirect pillow-fort effect

although it is one of the best rate at 4 mana, just because it cannot be countered, opponent can still do lot of things to stop their board from getting destroyed

worse of all, it destroyed your own board, remove potential creatures for you to tap to get more triggers, and replaying your commander at mana6 is really bad

i would consider [[slash the rank]] over it if i HAVE TO play a board wipe in this slot or just other value cards instead

i think it is important to balance out tapping with payoff such as card draw and stuff

to get extra value from the commander, it will add at least mana1 for each creature tapped
